Today, my partner and I had an appointment for a consultation at 11:10 a.m. Because when I showed up at 11 a.m., we were informed about a slight delay. This minor delay was over an hour. At 12.15 p.m. the last straw was the admission of a patient who was supposed to be seen after us, and meanwhile the doctor decided to admit him before us, because he only had to have his stitches removed. This is some kind of mockery of patients, or rather clients, who are treated in this "clinic" worse than in the National Health Fund, and after all, the money is not small. In the meantime, the registration lady with a smile plastered on her face offered coffee in exchange for minor inconvenience. I won't comment on the quality of the services offered because we didn't have the opportunity to use them.

I had a procedure to remove 4 wisdom teeth and 3 fillings, all at once under general anesthesia. All visits and activities before the procedure went quickly and were performed perfectly, everything was well explained, and the staff was very nice and made sure that I was not stressed even for a moment. The "surgery" itself was performed very quickly (about an hour) and without any problems, I woke up afterwards not even knowing that something had been done. It's 8 hours after the procedure and I don't have any pain yet, even without painkillers. If someone, like me, is afraid of procedures under traditional anesthesia, I highly recommend it. I would have no problem doing it again and despite my initial fears, it was a lot easier than I thought. I'm very happy :)

We have been patients of the Alfa Dental clinic for about a year and we always feel well taken care of. We performed hygiene, whitening, tooth extraction and orthodontic treatments. Everything was made perfectly. In addition, visual effects - From the moment you enter, you are amazed by the beautiful decorations and the wonderful smell of a spa :) winter tea, coffee and sweet treats for all patients are a nice gesture on the part of the clinic. All necessary hygiene products are available in the toilet. A big advantage is the ability to perform on-site X-rays, cephalometry and surgical services. I highly recommend it!

Aleksandra Świerżewska I do not recommend it, I was wronged and robbed of my money. They do not warn about price changes. I was supposed to pay about four thousand for the implant, and when I got up from the chair, ALREADY AFTER the procedure, I found out that I had to pay seven thousand. Prices changed three months earlier and I should have been informed about it. There are four receptionists sitting there, there is a patient's guardian (I didn't see it with my eyes) and no one can inform about the price change. I don't go to the website before each visit, three of my teeth were damaged and I had to do everything again, which exposed me to further suffering and financial burden. I received an orthodontic treatment plan for which I paid PLN 2,000 (I had not been informed beforehand that it would cost so much) and later it turned out that it was impossible to implement it because it was too expensive. And when I asked to tell him the next plan (which was never discussed, I just got the folder), the "boss" was completely flustered that I was bothering him with the guitar and, in short, showed me the door. And it's a good thing because another dentist saved the badly done teeth, otherwise I would have lost them. If the clinic wanted to defend itself, I have scans and photos of what was screwed up during the concert. I understand that building a clinic is expensive, but it is at the expense of the patient. Avoid it!

I highly recommend this clinic. My husband complained about the problem of vomiting, and therefore it is difficult to go to the dentist... but luckily, Alfa Dental came our way. The first visit made a huge impression on us, everything was explained to my husband, Doctor Zdzisław and the entire team of the clinic, knowing my husband's problem, approached it professionally, we did not hear, as in other places: Well, I can't help you here, we don't deal with such a problem ...And good luck! Today, my husband is undergoing the procedure under general anesthesia, the care is amazing, the doctors and nurses made sure that my husband, despite the enormous stress and nerves, felt comfortable and was sure that everything would work out with such professionals. Thank you for improving the comfort of my husband's and mine's lives, we recommend it and we will stay here for longer, that's for sure ❤️

I have been visiting the clinic regularly for several years and I always feel well taken care of from the moment I walk in the door. Unique and beautiful floral decorations at the entrance and in the hall. Delicious winter tea, coffee and sweet treats for all patients are a nice gesture from the clinic. Mrs. Kasia is always helpful and nice. There are toothbrushes, lotions, floss available in the toilet - absolutely everything to refresh your mouth when going straight from work for a visit. I recently had a successful root canal treatment with Dr. Maria. The doctor is very precise and detailed. The tooth was X-rayed several times on site, so I could observe the process immediately after treatment and after a few months at a follow-up visit. I heartily recommend Dr. Maria. At Alfa Dental, I also recommend a hygiene treatment and a whitening treatment with Dr. Marta. The doctor was very nice and precise. A photograph before and after the procedure nicely shows what positive changes have occurred in the oral cavity.
